Wholesale Primitive Mandala Convertible Top/Skirt - This intricately patterned garment is made from our primitive mandala sarongs. It can be worn as a top or skirt. The ties in front can be worn as a decorative bow for a strapless look, or as a tie around the neck. It has a variable-length, handkerchief hem and an elastic(shirred) back for an adjustable fit. This top/skirt comes in a variety of colors.
